Ranger level 7 not applying Uncanny Dodge 1.

Hi, I recently got my ranger up to level 7 and noticed that it didn't apply Uncanny Dodge 1 as a feat per http://wiki.arelith.com/Ranger

edit: Upon leveling to 8, I was granted the feat.
