The cooldown timer starts when you hit the command, not when you actually portal somewhere. So you can't cancel it without having it be unavailable for 10 mins. Your per rest allotment used to be consumed when you used it, the same as portal lenses. Is this intentional?

It is not inentional, but i just had another player test it, and they told me that they called up the dialogue, canceled it, and they got no cooldown, so I will need more info to check it, if possible, please:) Did you do it on the same server, or was there some server-transition meantime?

EDIT: Preferably if you could recreate the situation and PM me the screenshot of log, iit would be awesome
