Enemies seem to remain on the deck of a ship, even when it returns to a friendly port. I just charted the Penny Rose in Brog, boarded it, and was instantly reduced to a fine paste by all the enemy NPCs aboard.

I'm unsure if this is a bug or just unfortunate timing on my part, but thought it was worth reporting.

Just a bump to note that this is still happening. I jumped on the Penny Rose today in Brog and was promptly smeared across the bulkhead when I stepped into the captain's cabin.
