There's multiple places with two identical objects in the same place. It's pretty annoying, and I would assume not the most difficult to fix.
I can think of two right now, there is probably more.

Treadstone, the two dweomer basins in the exact same point.
Red Dragon island, the two chests inside each other. (I'm not complaining about two chests, but it's a faff select them both)

bendir has two basins in each other as well

I believe the basin in front of Brog bank is also two. But please leave the Abazuur chest. I've been RPing that chest with false bottom as long as I've been playing.

Sibayad Orclands ---> Fiendish orcs dungeon

After destroying the floating skull "General Of The Ninth Horde", the key it drops opens a room where there is a double chest, right next to a minable gem resource.
