Pray doesn't function to break CC/bleedout.

Whilst stunned and whilst bleeding out, the pray from radial menu hasn't been able to be selected. I have tried to hit it on my quickslot and also by radial, both don't work.

Pray never worked during bleeding out, see this other thread posted by you:

During stun is unintentional

I actually used it to recover from bleedout 3 nights ago. Pray used to do that unless it was bugged and was actually not supposed to be a last ditch “oh crap” prayer.
Also mine was pve not during pvp.

So I read this and I understand the logic of why it is now no longer available during bleedout. I say no longer because it was available before the Haks. That being said, and I know this isn't the suggestion thread but that was a big feature especially for early level players. At higher levels, usually a death blow deals more than 10 over damage and you get wammied anyways and have to count on a God save or find yourself in the well. However, at low levels, this was a great way to keep your character alive for a little bit to keep on fighting and beat that level 4 boss that was really tough.

Pray never worked during bleeding out...
Prayer has
always worked on bleeding out. I know, I've used it dozens of times to save my Snuggybear as it laid there slowly dying.

I have personally used this to save myself during bleed-out many times. If it isn't working any more than it should probably be looked at. If it can't be used during bleed-out or other crowd controls ... what's the point of it?
The useful part of pray was that it was independent of the initiative order.

It's working fine for me for escaping crowd control.
I added a few more effect types to remove though.
yce 2017 wrote:- Divine smiting aspect removed.
- Random roll aspect removed; the command works so long as piety requirements are met and sufficient time has passed since the last use of the command.
- Greater Favor healing limited to 10 x Character Levels worth of HP.
- Greator Favor restoration effect limited to three negative status effects. Each cleansed status effect reduces the HP healed by 100, but never below 0.
When you were trying to use it to break crowd control was the crowd control only 1 of 3 effects (or less)? Were you on cooldown? Did you have enough piety? Do you know the source of the effects? As the crowd control aspect is working fine for me.
On bleedout: It was a thing that you couldn't use commands while the character wasn't under your control though that had been removed. I'll see if it's something we want to keep in place for prays

The point of my previous bug report was that you lose the XP/Piety/Timer AND it doesn't work. If it isn't meant to work, it also shouldn't take all of the stuff it would if it was meant to work. Plus, it has always worked in this situation, for years previous.
The point of this bug report was that the button of the feat 'Pray' could not be selected in these instances, where it should be a free-use feat.

I just used pray while stunned/paralyzed/immobolized multiple times, it does function under these effects (and more). Please read my previous post if you have an effect/source you know it's not working under.
