Partial Writ Completion

Writs are a mixed bag when it comes to the challenge some are really easy (like the Xvarts going all the way to level 10), some are very hard (like the Aurilites or Temple of Malar). For new players, knowing what's easy/hard requires either asking or trying-and-dying. Even for experienced players, knowing which ones are really hard disincentivizes even attempting them from an XP point of view.
More specifically, why bother doing the crypt of Cordor where there is a high chance of dying when you can do the xvarts which gives similar xp but takes 1/10th as long to do and has no risk of dying (not to mention much more loopable with the nearby writs). If you DO die, then not only do you not get the writ XP, you are behind in XP.
So this suggestion is to allow the turn in of writs that are partially completed for a partial reward:
Sign up to do the Cordor Crypts but die to the boss? Well turn in the writ for 3/4 of the gold/xp reward. Sign up to do Morghun's writ but not enough enemies spawn on one of the floors and you don't notice you only killed 4/5 monsters? Well, 3/4 of the gold/xp or run back to kill that one monster for the rest.
