Most sources suggest that Genasi are able to speak the language of their respective elemental planes.

Adding either Aquan, Auran, Ignan and Terran, or just Primordial (which all of the former languages are considered dialects of) would make a lot of sense from a lore perspective and allow Genasi players to add a bit more flavor to their characters.

Genasi in Arelith have heritage associated with one of those planes, but generally have not grown up within a 'primordial' culture, and as such I'm not going to grant them a language. (I understand the same argument could be made against Celestial and tiefling languages though)
