Update the item properties.2da so that light costs no gold.

Make Continual Flame do what it used to do.

Make it so it can make every kind of light color and different radii.

Make it so it can also be used to remove light.

Everyone who wants to have light or remove it from an item is suddenly happy.

I think this will interfere with thematic items that have a specific light property for good reason.

Rejecting, for that lone, but as separate suggestions some here may have been approved.
