Remove empty bottles and empty spirit bottles

They look identical to glass bottles but don't work the same, don't stack and have no real use. Would be good if they were removed from the loot table, or replaced by glass bottles (or glass vials!) instead.
These items are confusing to new players (Can I use this to make my potions? Should I keep it?) and annoying to older players (Oh cool a glass bottle - oh no, it's just trash)
