Seems not working.
I broke this recently as well. It is generally not isolated to the game. It ended up that I couldn't Ctrl V anywhere.
I fixed it by uninstalling the keyboard drivers and resetting.
I can confirm that CTRL V works on Arelith since I was using it for a solid hour IG today. So it is definitely on your end.
