Curse song

I couldn't find a change for curse song on the wiki and only noticed this since the update.
14 bard / 4 fighter
36 perform
Curse song does 20hp of damage:
Bard level/Perform/HP
14 / 21 / -16
15 / 24 / -16
16 / 30 / -20
17 / 35 / -22
18 / 40 / -24
I should be capped at 16hp of damage I think.
Ohhh, you get your race ECL toward your bard levels maybe so it's considering me a lvl 16 bard?
Not sure if that is intended.
