The servers were just reset by [Reset] and have not come back in the allotted 5 min. PGCC is up, oddly, and enjoying record numbers!

Okay, they are now visible again and stabilizing. Is this a new system? They went dark for at least 5-10min before returning and beginning the standard 5 min stabilization.

No, they were brought down for maintenance. We tend to do this when we need to update things that will take longer than the five minutes and require the servers down.
It was brought down externally by us.
