I accidentally double clicked, instead of single clicked, on an altar (Wrath and Favor) in the Crow's Nest. Instead of the standard dialog, it opened a dialog as if I read a message left on a message board... somewhere in Guldorand, in this case. If I close the dialog and double click again, it happens again - but with a different message. If you single click, it initiates the normal dialog for the fixture.
