Disable Weather Effects (For Now)

I know. It's sad. It must seem absurd that I'm even suggesting this.
However, with the current version of NwN:EE, weather effects slow the game down to a crawl. I'm rocking about 15 fps in Cordor whenever it rains or snows on a 1080 ti. And while that's no longer top tier, it's still a solid piece of hardware. That's absurd.
And completely, utterly unplayable.
So I'm suggesting this: temporarily disable the weather effects. All of them. Until Beamdog releases the new renderer, which will hopefully fix the issue.
I hesitated even to post this suggestion, because weather effects are super great and atmospheric. However, when I'm playing at 15 fps, I find all that atmosphere kind of goes out the window.
