(Mundane) T3 dweomercrafting bug

Description of Bug Experienced:
Trying to enchant an arcane-runed item or any other item produces the normal message of T3 dweomercracter stuff (100% for runes, price reduction). However, this is not actually true. The basin requires more money and does not guarantee the enchant of arcane runes. As a result I burned a T2 runed armour without even realising the risk.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
On the current toon (see screenshots for name) it is enough to try to enchant anything. Again, T3 declared, but the reality is different. Happening on Cities and Planes.
Expected Result:
No failure on rune item, price reduction.
Actual Result:
A few hundred thousand wiped away as the runic item burned down. Would be nice to get it back, hopefully.
