Crafted Wands/Scrolls/Potion Bottles

Up the amount of wands/scrolls/potions made by Art Crafting and Carpentry to 5+ each instead of just 1.
Rejected.
Suggestion was too broad, given these items are created in different ways and have differing utility (for potions bulk crafting does sound sensible)
