Could be fun/good/foster RP to add a shadow speedy to the mercantile. Other locations (arcane tower) seem to have one, and it's about the only missing tool in the lil' shadow town.

Rejected. I don't want more halflings there, and adding in a shade speedy would imply a level of infrastructure I don't feel it has (yet).
