At present it is far, far easier to boost perform than bluff via player craftable items.

Given as the skills mostly do the same thing, can it be set up so that +X Perform on an item also gives +X Bluff and vice versa. At the moment it seems to unnecsarrily lock out those who do not take bard or a bard dip from doing the high end disguise stuff.

Doing it this way round rather than adding + bluff as an additional property also stops the currently runeable stuff from losing that option.
