I believe I have a boon, but none of the effects.

Usually there's feedback on login on this particular one, however, I don't get that feedback (Despite it being less than a month since grabbing it).

Going to pick it up again, I get feedback that I already have it, however it doesn't function.

Potentially a timer issue?

Might have been jumbled with the recent time issues?

Certainly could have been, but I have no way of rectifying it, or knowing how long I have to wait to be able to pick them up again! (I might not live to see the day!)

The same thing happened to me. My character should have both the illithid and maur boons, but a couple of weeks ago the effects disappeared and didn't come back. When I tried to get them again, the feedback told me I already had the boon.

I acquired the maur boon a couple of days ago on a different character that had never had it before and it worked fine.

Looking into this.

This may fix itself in a few extra days, and if not, we'll figure something else out.

Boons and runes are back as of today, at least for me, if anyone was waiting on it!
