New visage of Word of Faith

Currently, Word of Faith, aka WoF or WooF, is a seventh circle cleric spell that cleans all summons without DC, kills all creature with 4 HD or less and on top blinds without DC.
So in summary it behaves like Banishment without summon ward that will always work, unless summoned creature has SR, Mass Blindness/Deafness, but with no way to counter it except SR and with a lazy way to get rid of low-level annoyances, so somewhat a Circle of Death but very limited.
If we look at it by circles it copies two eight circle spells and cripple sixth circle spell. All in glorious 7th circle spell that can be literally spammed by clerics with for example silent magic, not to mention it can be just casted via scrolls that are flooding some shops over Arelith.
Actually, the only defense against it is SR or spell mantle, which is eaten by Storm of Vengeance/Morde scroll/Lesser Breach wand or even a fire arrow spell/wand, but again, cleric with at least 26 CL can pierce gears' spell resistance like nothing and have little rougher time with SR races/monks, making it great counter against... basically everyone else, unless you have time to use remove blindness/deafness potion/wand/scroll/spell over and over and over, where hasted cleric has advantage of faster actions with first 3 options and gives you an arcane spell failure if casted without metamagic on fourth option.
My suggestion is to grant WoF two DCs, first, will save for banishment effect, even with bonus DC, like dismissal, since it does not block further summoning. Secondly, give fortitude save for blindness/deafness effect, just like mass blindness/deafness has, because it makes no sense, that 8th circle spell, designed to blind is less effective than 7th lvl spell that blind effect serves as secondary effect.
