-losexp timer

The command was actually rather handy, when trying to reroll a pc or redo an outdated build. Just throwing around a simple idea, that may or may not be moot, especially if it would not fix all exploits.
Instead of removing the option completely, wouldn't it be possible to put a lock timer to it? For instance, allow to -losexp only once a month (IRL) thus preventing people from constantly flipflopping skillpoints, yet still leaving the option open for folks who have a genuine need to crank their levels down.
It would not be difficult to do, and it would keep the system automatic. Skipping some work and deliberation for the team, too.
