Staff organisation

I do not know how you people are organised behind the scene so what I suggest might not be at all valid. :?
But since it was written in a slantyshantythread that certain stories might come to abrupt end because a DM had to leave the stafftable, I suggest DMs leave notes of what they are working on/have planned so anyone else on team can pick those up and it does not have to end abruptly at all.
Also maybe complaint dealing responsibility/procedure could be changed so person with storytelling+/administration- cannot step into mistake. Or maybe communication dealing with very sensitive topic e.g. complaint has to go through another ones review box before being send.
Maybe a pinboard of most severe mistakes too look out for if it does not exist already among staff... ... ... :?

To an extent this happens already, but it's also up to each individual Dm if they want another DM picking up their story. Sollers said they wanted Whistler - for example - to just dissapear into the sunset with his departure, I feel it would be wrong of us if we did not respect his wishes.

Unsure what you mean by this I have to be honest.
