When going between resets or through server transitions one always has to rest and re-buff at the moment. We get all of our other spells refreshed but the epic spells remain used. Could this be changed?

The only way we would change this is to ensure the other spells remain 'used' and that buffs are not stripped away.

As I understand it though, this is largely impossible.
