Head of an Outlaw - No bounty

The 'Head of an Outlaw' head goes into a Headbag, but it isn't recognized by the head bounty collectors, despite its description saying otherwise.
Update on this one: When going to a bounty collector with other heads in your inventory along with this one, the collector will take them all, including the Head of an Outlaw. So there is a workaround =)
... Either that, or the issue was fixed
