I am currently trying to level to level 21, through the relevel process. It allows me to complete the entire level up process, but upon clicking "ok" I am still level 20. There is no error message in any dialogue box signifying a reason.

Tried to log out and back in with no success.

Are you seeing any messages in the combat chat box? May be gray and says [Server]

I'll check again, pretty sure there was no message in combat chat box, checked both times. With the reset back down to lvl 1 and juts got the skill pt bug again, so may have to wait a few to get you more info. Thanks for quick reply!

I noticed in PGCC I got to lvl 15 Wizard and then coudn't take any more levels as well. I did notice the message

[Server - Character gained too many hit points]

So that solves that part at least
