Add Word of Faith to Witchhunters cloak

Easy fix for all the uproar. Change the witchhunters cloak from dismissal to word of faith. Require the scroll. Give it two uses a day. Bam. You have an item to appease the UMD nerf crowd.

There is an update scheduled that deals with dismissal and banishment, delayed due to health issues of the developer responsible.
I believe when live it will fix the issue with countering summons.
