Freeze (Druid spell) can be chosen and cast on wizard

Description of Bug Experienced:
Able to choose the new Druid Freeze spell on Wizard/Spellsword relevel.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Take a 6th circle level up on a Wizard/Spellsword.
Expected Result:
Not have Freeze as an option.
Actual Result:
Have Freeze as an option.
