Iceberg, Evasion, Spellcraft

Evasion/ImpEvasion doesn't apply to Iceberg when in the outer ring.
Being a reflex save vs half damage would imply this is a bug.
Additionally, it didn't appear that spellcraft was applying a bonus to the save for this spell.
If possible, some of the ice storm visuals might need to be reduced a bit as well since the spell can cause some pretty bad framerate hits on the second larger ring, but it's not untolerable.
Overall I love the spell though! It's a fun one, It's really strong when it works but a bit risky since it's so easy to hit yourself or allies with it. A bit like a Lite Hellball.
