Items Dissapearing

Items that enter my inventory are disappearing and only reappearing once I log in/out.
Happening with:
-items from chests
-items moving from equipped to inventory
-weapons when I change their appearance
Character bugged or anyone else experiencing this? It does not make a lot of sense to me

Eli and the typical log is Second Star to the Right

To be specific it is, Eli in the last name section rather than the first.

Yeah, items are there I just cant see them or access them without relogging. Also some items decide to be stuck in their inventory slot without a relog.
