Re-Level: Unable to take 4th Fighter Level

On my character Tyne for the account Za-Lord's Guard, I'm unable to take my 4th fighter level (character level 7). Each time I proceed through the level-up dialogue, it lets me hit "Ok" but fails to apply the level. Have retried several times, with no luck.
