Skill Focus: Craft Mastery does not appear to grant any additional crafting points/cycle (as opposed to SF Craft Weapon/Armor, which did) - I can't say whether or not this is the case for Epic Skill Focus.

Is this a bug, or is this an intended feature?


EDIT: Hang on, wait, I think I'm just hungry and tired and stupid and miscounted something. I'm pretty sure it's actually working.
