Gonne

Currently, Gonnes make a ranged touch attack against the target and if they hit (with a chance of misfire) they will deal somewhere between 80-110 physical damage.
Gonnes can currently be used by anyone over level 10.
The idea for their existence is to allow lower level characters or less optimized characters to still be a threat to higher level characters or, optimized characters. Gonnes currently do this, but in my opinion, a bit too well and I'll try to explain why.
They make a ranged touch attack, against touch AC, which is usually really low, hitting is almost guaranteed.
They deal raw physical damage in a single hit, meaning damage reduction isn't as effect as against several attacks.
It deals a lot of damage. If we consider a mage with 14 Con, it has 180 HP by level 30. Easily killed in 2 hits.
If we compare it to a Warlock (which also uses touch AC for the blast), it deals about the same as a hasted level 20 Warlock, and performs better than a non-hasted level 30 Warlock.
I think using touch is a great way to bypass most defences, that is why Gonnes are useful, but their damage output may be a bit too high, it ends fights way too fast, it requires few to no build investment (only some coin) to use and is deadly to many level 30 PCs, which have invested a lot more effort into their PC.
Raw HP is on of the few ways to reliably survive a Gonne but if you invest in Con you will be losing on Str/Dex, which means you lose AB, and damage, causing you to be outperformed by the Gonne user, which in turn makes your only viable choice to be also using a Gonne.
Suggestion: Lower the overall Gonne damage output to 1/2 or 3/4 of what if currently is, so that it doesn't perform as well as epic Warlocks without being a Warlock or epic. Or tie the Gonne damage to the character level, this means a level 10 with a Gonne cannot reliably kill a level 30 mage with 2 shots but they may do so when they are level 30 as well.
