Make tracking counterable

As it stands, reading tracks can reveal a character's race without fault, even if they have insanely high bluff. It'd be nice if there was a method to counter this that didn't involve a mandatory 3 level dip into either ranger or druid.
Allow an opposed bluff+spot or search roll to identify the tracks left by a (Disguised) character, or allow characters with high enough bluff (50? 60?) to have the option to not leave tracks, or to leave behind tracks that "read" as those of a different race, etc etc.
Right now it's uncounterable, and makes heavy investment into disguises a bit wonky.
