Hulgra Suurg the Clover Dancer

Description of Bug Experienced:

Hulgra Suurg has a dialogue option to take a break and let other people use the spotlight. The dialogue option seems to do nothing.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Speak to Hulgra Suurg in the Fool's Clover and select the second dialogue option.
Expected Result:
Hulgra Suurg moving.
Actual Result:
Hulgra Suurg does not move.
