Gold Epic Dragon Knight spawns without creature weapon

The Gold EDK in particular seems to be spawning in without its "Dragon Claw" weapon when summoned. This makes its damage rather pathetic.
Prismatic still has its intended weapon, but I didn't test any of the other streams.

Tried it twice to be sure it wasn't just an isolated incident, same result both times. This was on Distant Shores, if that matters. I have not tested it on the other two servers.
