Mysterious Skal Statue

Hello!
There has long been a mysterious statue of a female human in the Northern Trails of Skal. There is no real description on it, but it was clearly put in by the designer of the map (Presumably Irongron?). I love random little pieces of detail like this, but it would be good to have some additional description on it, perhaps giving some further lore to the area.
On top of the above - would it be possible to make said statue perhaps come to life as a minion for a period, by using transmutation or certain items? I feel this would be a really cool feature and a henchman in the area would be welcome!
