Ice Wall damages non-targetable fixtures in Charnel House

Ice Wall damages DM-placed scenic effects, like 'Mist' and 'Dwarf Skeletons'. I suspect that it may damage other fixtures as well.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
*Go to Charnel House in the Glacial Caverns
*Cast Ice Wall so that it lines up with the 'Mist' or 'Dwarf Skeleton' fixture

Expected result
-----------------------
Nothing impressive will happen

Actual result
-------------------
Fixtures are damaged and destroyed

You say this, but being MILDLY MEAN to people is treated like a war crime on Arelith.

Almost every aoe spell can do this, including fireball, firewall, icestorm, cone of cold, etc.

I'm not sure if its something that's intended or just unavoidable, but its been like that since arelith was made and is caused by the objects not being marked as indestructible.

Its a fairly minor thing though, because system placed stuff like that respawns every reset. Some things might respawn even sooner, along the same timeframe as destroyed chests.
