Hi.

My ranger (Abigail Ragnvhid) cannot remain on stealth if I logout. If I am stealthed when I exit the game, I return off of stealth. This is super inconvenient if I have to logout quickly somewhere less than ideal. I have not yet tested this in areas that don't allow for ranger HipS.

EDIT: So I tested this some more now. It appears to be linked with wards. If the character rests, has no wards on her, stealths and I logout then I log back in totally fine, on stealth.

If she has wards (even if they are dispelled or -dispeled) and she stealths before logging out, she cannot log back in on stealth. I have no idea what I did.

A new development in the stealth bug. Now when she is on stealth, she can run. It happens when clicking on anything other than NPCs (tracks, resources, fixtures, enemies) It does not break stealth unless you reach the menu. The drive forward or regularly clicking causes her to walk normally on stealth.

EDIT: It happens with detect mode as well. The only difference is detect is not broken on NPCs.

I think this is fairly known bug and has to do with the -alwayswalk feature, though not sure if it is connected to your log-in/log-out problem.
