Can we hide pirate tattoos with an option or perhaps a script that causes them to be hidden from the description when the character is wearing sleeves?

I don't play a pirate but it would probably be great for some of them, as well as me when I look at a description and don't want to be spoiled about a certain fact, despite that being trivial and something that I could do my best to ignore/forget.

I think there should be some way to conceal them, yes.
