While going too in-depth with this idea would be a massive undertaking, a few formula added would be nice for low tier salvaging.

Examples:
Magic Potion Bottle-> Glass Vial
Water-> Glass Bottle
Arrows->Bundle of Bronze Arrows

Maybe have it cost twice the CP to convert than the steps required to make it from scratch so it is a choice on which you value more, efficient CP usage or gathering time.

I'm not sure this is worth the effort really, especially as we already have so many crafting options. It would also pretty much negate the need to craft bottles.
