Remove most portals or at least limit their use...

It encourages laziness, prevents a significant amount of rp, flies in the face of setting lore, and hinders immersion. It needs a nerf.

As much as we would like to make the island feel larger with the removal of portals, portals are a quality of life and acceptable mean of transport. We can continue to develop larger areas that make the pathing longer, which you can choose to explore.
Each player has the choice to use the portal or not use it.
