GSF Trans Requires Epic lvl to cast

I am not sure if this was deliberate, but the individual teleport from GSF Transmutation is considered an "Epic Spell" requiring being lvl 21 or more to cast it. It seems strange that it is given from a pre-epic feat, yet is considered epic. I would seem to make sense that any GSF given abilities are accessible when the feat is taken, and any ESF abilities are available once epic levels are reached. This would go for GSF Illusion as well.
