There's so much potential to this spell that is being hindered because of its poor range so make it targetable like its Iceberg counterpart. Summoning a meteor strike from a comfortable range would make it a good alternative to the IGMS spam and allow it compete with Iceberg.

I'm not very good at making judgement calls with spells, but will tentatively say yes to this. If Action Replay disagrees, or players point out a problem with it, I will reverse the decision.
