Just as the title says, an equivalent of the underdark's Wyvern riding to be put onto the surface to allow (with enough ride investment) Transport to islands, mountains etc.

Just seems like it'd be a cool feature to add for people who want to invest in ride and don't have a boat/portals everywhere.
