Harper-only item no longer useable by special Harper subclasses

There is a uses/day (as opposed to charges/use) variant of the Dove's Harp, sold by a certain NPC, which is meant to only be accessible to Harper Scouts. Currently the game does not recognize Master Harper, Harper Priest, Harper Paragon, or Harper Mage as valid classes for the purposes of using this item.
One of my characters has this variant harp, and has levels in one of the above classes, but cannot use it.
I suggest that the other Harper subclasses be added to the special variant as valid classes, and that any extant Harper PC be allowed to exchange their outdated Dove's Harp for an updated one.
