Sencliff Estate Outside Fountain

I realize this bug has been brought up repeatedly over the years... yet, here I am posting about it. This fountain drowns the hopes and dreams of all parched pirates. While it is a convenient diving pool for those who get shoved off the above balcony, each time the one person occupancy limit is overlooked, it does not quench our thirst. Perhaps this is sabotage of the NPC lemonade pusher?!? Whatever the true reason... it would be lovely to get this fountain operational once more.

This looks like an area got reverted to an older version at one point. It should be fixed next send live. Consider it a parting gift!
