Bind spot teleport

Prolly an old idea but it would be nice is we always had the option of using a portal to our bind spot. Or maybe our property if we own one.
I've not actually seen this idea before, but sadly the second isn't really possible (Could be used to access a property that now belongs to someone else), while the first could just as easily be achieved by adding a portal in those locations, and generally if an area lacks one there is a reason for that.
