I nearly forgot this one.

* Adopt/Replace Language: Want to play elf that was raised by halflings? Dwarf that was once kept as slave by the goblins in distant past? This reward would offer players a chance to replace and adopt language they would not normally get without long learning progress IG. With this you could finally play an adopted elf who knows hin instead of elven or dwarf who knows goblin for the example.

I kinda like this idea, but I think it's at the wrong tier.

I would rather see 'extra language' as a say, medium award. That tier is a little thin on the ground for options as is.

I mean, 'extra language' as a major could work, but I think it's a little underpowered. Still, I like the essence of your idea.
