New UMD changed are good...it mitigates need of dips and give mundane builds moře options...

But pure UMD class builds were little bít cripled...

I would sugest to give bards lore bonus per level for use of scrolls, and rogues lore bonus per level on wands...

I've already approved a similar suggestion for bards (albeit limited), and rogues can relatively easily invest in both skills (of course it is trade off on what they neglect)
