Chaos Shield

Any intentions to put it on the breach list?
I don't intend to have it on the Breach List. Improved Chaos Shield is very different from other spells as it scales in chance the longer it stays active with enemies inside it which is situational. And all those effects from ICS add save rolls and SR checks as well.
